Pretty and versatile design makes this Sheer Ruffle Shrug Cardigan a quick and easy layer over almost any outfit; sexy with jeans or shorts, pretty over sleeveless dresses, easy over a bathing suit
Lightweight mesh knit sweater never wrinkles; toss it in your bag for anytime coverage over upper arms with tanks or low-cut dresses for date night, or pack it in your carryon as a great travel piece
Flattering three-quarter sleeves, full ruffle front and naturally ruffled edges add to the feminine silhouette; wear open, tie closed using the attached string or tie together at the bottom for a different look
One size fits most in ultra-fine, super-stretch poly-cotton blend; Machine wash delicate, cold water. Lay flat to dry.

Cute Cardi!
I bought this in royal blue & it’s lovely! Looks great over a tank top or dress, washes and travels well. Lightweight shoulder & arm coverage while still cute and stylish.
